Farmers interested in joining our contract farming program can contact us through our contact form or visit our office in Katesh. We evaluate applicants based on their location, farm size, and ability to meet our quality standards. Selected farmers receive training and support to ensure successful participation in the program.

We provide comprehensive support to our contract farmers, including training on best farming practices, linkage to quality input suppliers, access to financial services through our partner institutions, and regular field visits by our agricultural extension officers. We also guarantee a market for their produce at competitive prices.

Our pricing is based on current market rates, the quality of the seeds, and our contractual agreements with farmers. We aim to offer fair and competitive prices that provide reasonable returns to farmers while ensuring the sustainability of our business. Prices are transparently communicated to farmers before the growing season.

We require sunflower seeds with moisture content below 10%, oil content of at least 40%, minimal foreign matter, and no signs of mold or pest damage. Our quality standards are designed to ensure the production of high-quality oil that meets consumer expectations. We provide training to farmers on how to achieve these standards.

We typically make payments to farmers within 2-3 business days after delivery and acceptance of the sunflower seeds at our collection centers. For larger quantities, we may arrange partial advance payments. Our prompt payment system helps farmers maintain cash flow and plan for their next farming activities.
